We use healthcare industry terms when they add clarity. Terms like practice management, card present, DICOM, or segmentation are appropriate when writing for an informed audience. When writing for a broader audience, follow any industry term with a brief plain-language explanation the first time it appears.
Headlines should be direct, benefit-driven, and free of filler. They should earn attention without resorting to hype.

We use the Oxford comma. We use title case for headlines and sentence case for subheadlines, unless it is a proper product or company name. We spell out numbers one through nine and use numerals for 10 and above. Exclamation points should be used sparingly and only when the excitement is genuinely earned.
