Prahsys Brand Guidelines
Prahsys speaks to earn trust. That trust is not only in what we say. It is in what we do, and how our team shows up, online and off.
Healthcare runs on trust. Practices trust us with payment data. Increasingly, they trust us with clinical images and the tools built on top of them. That trust is not something we assume. We earn it, every day, through how we build, how we communicate, and how our team represents Prahsys, publicly and privately.
This page outlines the standards we hold ourselves to, as a company and as individuals connected to the Prahsys name.
Healthcare serves everyone. So do we. We do not create, share, or endorse content that is discriminatory, offensive, or disrespectful toward any group of people. This standard applies to official Prahsys channels and to any content that identifies someone as part of our team.
We only make claims we can support. That means accurate descriptions of what our products do, honest representation of results like PrognosiX segmentation performance, and no exaggerated claims about security, uptime, or outcomes we have not verified. If we would not stand behind it, we do not say it.
Our products handle sensitive information, from payment data to clinical images used for segmentation. We treat that information with the care healthcare requires, and we do not use real patient or practice data in demos, marketing, or public content without clear permission.
Anyone who identifies as part of the Prahsys team represents Prahsys, even outside of work. That does not mean setting aside personal opinions. It means what we post and share should reflect the same respect and judgment we bring to our work with healthcare practices.
Posting content that mocks, stereotypes, or excludes any group of people
Sharing screenshots or examples that include real patient or practice information
Publishing product claims that have not been checked against documented performance
Speaking on Prahsys's behalf on sensitive topics without authorization
Keep personal opinions personal, and separate from Prahsys-branded content
Use anonymized or fictional data in demos, screenshots, and marketing
Confirm a claim is accurate and current before it goes live
Route official statements through the team responsible for public communication
No company gets everything right every time. When our actions do not match these standards, we take it seriously, correct it, and use it to do better. Accountability is part of how we earn trust, not just something we talk about.
If you have a question about these standards, or want to raise a concern, talk to our team.
