Prahsys Brand Guidelines

Co-Branding

When Channel Partners integrate Prahsys modules into their platforms, there are specific rules that govern how the Prahsys brand should be represented alongside the Channel Partner brand. These guidelines exist to protect both brands and ensure that Prahsys is always represented accurately and with appropriate visual weight.

Overview

Co-branding between Prahsys and a Channel Partner most commonly appears in the form of a Powered by Prahsys badge. This badge communicates to practices that the functionality they are using is built on Prahsys technology, while keeping the Channel Partner's own brand as the primary experience. It is a subtle but important signal of quality, reliability, and accountability.

Co-branding should never feel like an afterthought. Placement, sizing, and contrast all matter. The guidelines below ensure that the Prahsys brand is represented clearly without disrupting the Channel Partner's own visual experience.

The Powered by Prahsys Badge

The Powered by Prahsys badge is the approved co-branding asset for Channel Partner integrations. It is available in light and dark variants to ensure it sits correctly on any background. Always use the provided badge file. Do not recreate it, retype it, or attempt to assemble it from separate logo and text elements.

The badge should appear in contexts where Prahsys-powered functionality is actively present, such as within a payments flow, on a module settings page, or in a feature section that is explicitly driven by Prahsys technology. It should not appear on pages or screens that have no connection to Prahsys modules.

Badge files are available to download at the bottom of this page.

Logo Hierarchy & Spacing

When the Powered by Prahsys badge appears alongside a Channel Partner logo or within a branded interface, hierarchy is determined by context. In contexts where the Channel Partner's platform is the primary experience and Prahsys is a supporting technology, the Channel Partner brand leads and the Prahsys badge appears as a secondary element, smaller in visual weight and positioned subordinately. In contexts such as a dedicated Prahsys module page or a feature that is entirely Prahsys-driven, the badge may carry more equal visual weight.

Regardless of context, always maintain clear space around the badge equal to the height of the Prahsys wordmark within it. Never crowd the badge against other logos, text, or UI elements.

What's Not Allowed

Do not alter the Powered by Prahsys badge in any way, including recoloring, resizing disproportionately, or recreating it from scratch. Do not use the Prahsys logo, icon, or wordmark in place of the badge for co-branding purposes. Do not imply a deeper partnership or endorsement than exists through the use of Prahsys branding. Do not place the badge on backgrounds that reduce its contrast below an acceptable readable level. Do not use Prahsys branding in marketing materials, press releases, or external communications without prior written approval from Prahsys.
