$6M Seed Round to Scale AI-Powered PrognosiX
Prahsys, Inc., a healthcare software technology company that delivers AI-powered modules for Practice Management Software providers, today announced the launch of its $6 million seed funding round structured in three strategic tranches. The funding will accelerate development of the company's AI-first healthcare solutions, including its innovative dental imaging technology currently in development.
The round is structured with progressive valuations: $2 million at a $50 million cap, $2 million at $60 million, and $2 million at $70 million, reflecting anticipated value creation milestones throughout the development cycle.

The capital will primarily support the development of PrognosiX*, the company's proprietary AI-powered DICOM image segmentation technology, while expanding the company's suite of integrated payment and practice management solutions. Through its Channel Partner model, Prahsys enables Practice Management Software providers to seamlessly integrate advanced modules via REST APIs, instantly delivering value to thousands of practices in their networks.
