Kevin joins Prahsys with more than 35 years of comprehensive experience spanning corporate finance, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions — including serving as Chief Financial Officer at Affiliated Computer Services and Chief Operations Officer for the Information Technology Services Group at Xerox, ownership of several small businesses, and board service at several non-profits, including the advisory board of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.
