Charlie joins Prahsys from publicly traded Jack Henry, where he served as Chief Risk Officer for six years, overseeing Information and Cyber Security, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, Corporate Audit Services, and Travel operations. He also spearheaded the company's artificial intelligence strategy over the past two years. His prior leadership experience includes 13 years at American Airlines, where he served as Chief Audit Executive, and an 11-year tenure at Devon Energy, where he served as Chief Audit Executive and initiated their enterprise risk management function.
