Prahsys Announces CFO Transition as Gary Matocha Returns to Retirement

Prahsys announces that Gary Matocha, a founding team member, will be transitioning out of his role as Chief Financial Officer and returning to retirement effective January 1, 2026. Gary came out of retirement to help launch Prahsys, making a significant personal investment and bringing his financial expertise to our founding team. His contributions were essential in establishing our financial foundation and enabling our early growth.

During the transition period, Gary's responsibilities will be assumed by Charlie Wright, Executive Chairman, as we conduct a search for a new CFO to lead our next phase of growth.
