Grey Bonin, CEO
Grey Bonin is the Founder and CEO of Prahsys, a serial entrepreneur with 15+ years in healthcare who previously scaled a startup to multimillion-dollar revenue in three years. He combines strategic vision with operational excellence, championing bold transformation and continuous innovation in healthcare technology. He holds a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University.
Ethan Bonin, CTO
Ethan Bonin is the Chief Technology Officer at Prahsys, with 10 years of experience in fintech and medical enterprise software. He is the chief architect of Prahsys's integrated payments technology and oversees development of the patent-pending PrognosiX AI. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines and is Google Cloud certified.
John Soderberg, CRO
John Soderberg is Chief Revenue Officer at Prahsys, a healthcare technology executive with 28 years of experience across dental imaging, practice management software, enterprise SaaS, and AI-enabled platforms. Most recently Global Director of Enterprise Sales at Carestream Dental, he previously spent 17 years at Patterson Dental, including nine years as Northwest Region President. He specializes in scaling revenue and forging strategic partnerships across the dental ecosystem.
Kevin Kyser, CFO
Kevin Kyser is Chief Financial Officer and a veteran executive and board member with over 40 years of experience guiding companies through growth, restructuring, and M&A. Known for developing winning strategies, he has advised startups and Fortune 500 firms on sustainable business models. Kevin is recognized for his decisive leadership, operational insight, and deep financial expertise. Charlie Wright, Executive Chairman
Charlie Wright is Executive Chair of Prahsys. A seasoned executive with leadership experience at multiple Fortune 500 companies, he brings depth in AI, cyber security, risk management and corporate governance. With a balanced approach to execution and building solid processes, he plays a key role in driving our growth. A CPA, CIA and CISA, he holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from University of Tulsa.
Tiberius Vadan, Board Member
Tiberius Vadan is a senior executive and board member with over 30 years of experience driving growth, restructuring, and strategic transformation. He’s held leadership roles at IBM, KPMG, and Alvarez & Marsal. Tiberius specializes in executing high-impact, multi-billion-dollar strategies across industries. Known for his hands-on leadership, he advises boards and executive teams on operational excellence, M&A, and turnaround efforts, consistently delivering long-term value and sustainable success in dynamic and complex business environments.
Richard Carson, Esq., Board Member
Richard Carson serves as a board member of Prahsys. He has over 30 years of experience serving as general counsel and chief administrative, risk, and compliance officer for both public and private companies, navigating complex regulatory frameworks including FDA medical device regulations, HIPAA compliance, payment card industry (PCI-DSS) standards, and securities law. Richard has led corporate governance, M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and intellectual property strategy. Richard holds a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.
Troy Bonin, DDS
Dr. Bonin is the Director of Dental Clinical Innovation at Prahsys. He has 30+ years in dentistry specializing iin bridging clinical excellence with cutting-edge technology, transforming dental practice workflows and patient outcomes. He is a seasoned entrepreneur who has built and sold three successful dental practices and completed 500+ hours of advanced training in nanotechnology, genetics, and artificial intelligence. He earned his DDS from the University of Texas Medical Center in 1993.
Todd Ablowitz, Advisor
Todd Ablowitz is Co-Founder and vice-chair of Infinicept, an $24B GPV PayFac solution company. A global expert in payments, mobile commerce, and fintech trends, Todd is a longtime member of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), where he served on the board and was named Member of the Year. He currently serves on ETA’s Presidential Advisory Council. Todd is widely recognized for advancing embedded payments and enabling scalable commerce through innovative technology and leadership.
Bill Neumann, Advisor
Bill Neumann is the CEO of Group Dentistry Now, the globally recognized leading media and resource platform for DSOs and dental group practices, with a sphere of influence of over 150,000 dental professionals. A dental industry veteran and entrepreneur, he also serves as a DSO consultant through Neu Innovations LLC, advising on M&A, strategy, funding, marketing, and recruitment. He holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University.
Ryan Rosell, DDS & Advisor
Dr. Rosell is a board-certified endodontist and partner at Fox Creek Endodontics with a background spanning military service, academic achievement, and global outreach. A USC and University of Iowa graduate, Army veteran, and ABO diplomate, he combines clinical expertise with a commitment to education — lecturing dentists nationwide and teaching in Guatemala. A devoted husband and father, Dr. Rosell is proud to serve the Conroe, TX community with exceptional, compassionate care.
Zack Wing, CPO
Zack Wing has 14+ years of payments industry experience, leading product innovation and driving operational growth. At Payroc, he helped grow EBITDA from $30 million to $150 million, playing a key role in a major merger. Zack has built multiple SaaS platforms and specializes in PayFac, Embedded Payments, and vPaSS. Known for his product-led approach and deep technical knowledge, Zack is instrumental in advancing fintech solutions and shaping modern digital payment ecosystems.
